Loncito grew up on the historic Cartwright Ranch on Lake Corpus Christi in South Texas where he and his family have been pioneers in Texas agriculture for over 90 years. After graduating from Texas A&M he returned to the Twin Oaks Ranch, working with his father Lon in their progressive ranching and hunting operations. Recently, he has developed a grass-fed lamb business, which involves the marketing of a high-quality product to specialty buyers and through farmers markets for the health-conscious consumer.
